    To confirm and hold your event date, a deposit of 75% or more of the total cost of the order is required within 21 days of placing the order. Full payment is due if the order is placed within 5 days of the event. The deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining payment is due no later than 5 days before the event. Failure to make timely payments may result in substitutions or modifications to the original order and may also lead to cancellation. Orders are final, and design change requests are subject to additional fees. Design changes are not allowed within 5 days of the event. Ro Cake Studio LLC reserves the right to exercise artistic license to ensure the structural, visual, and creative integrity of a dessert structure. Late pick-up incurs additional fees. Cancellations received on or within 4 days of the event may not be subject to refund.
